Our Tv shows’s specialized Magazine TFM talk about HBO in the January number. Substantially the article said the Pay tv has a lot of competitions like – FX,Showtime,TNT,USA, Startz tv and more - and the “Washingtonienne” will be one of the most interesting shows they have for the 2009 schedule. It’s a good sign that we already start to speak about this show in Italy and we hope in a complete article very soon!

La nostra rivista specializzata nel mondo telefilmico TFM ha già cominciato a parlare di Washingtonienne nel suo numero di Gennaio 2009 e anche se non ha nominato la partecipazione al nuovo telefim della HBO di Jason Dohring, sappiamo che la rivista è particolarmente affezionata al nostro Jason e speriamo che presto gli dedicherà un servizio, magari per destare curiosità sul nuovo show che, nella scia di Sex & the City speriamo sarà in grado di regalarci qualche momento divertente! “Sarah Jessica Parker is producing it. Its stars were here this fall to film it. And now, HBO is making it official.Sources tell Yeas & Nays that the cable network has picked up eight episodes of the series, based on Jessica Cutler’s tell-all book of of sex and scandal on Capitol Hill.The show stars Rachael Taylor (the Aussie actress of “Transformers” fame), Amanda Walsh (who’s appeared in “Disturbia” and “Sons & Daughters”) and Bitsie Tulloch as young D. C.-ites. The actresses joined Parker in November for shooting outside the Treasury Department building, in front of the Old Ebbitt Grill, at The Diner in Adams Morgan and Ben’s Chili Bowl, among other locations.

HBO’s offices are closed for the holidays, and no one there could be reached for comment.”

BALTIMORE — HBO is returning to Baltimore for a new series to be set in Washington. State officials said the pilot episode for a new series called “Washingtonienne” will begin shooting in the Baltimore area this fall. Some filming will also be done in the District of Columbia.”Washingtonienne” is a half-hour comedy about three women working on Capitol Hill. It’s loosely based on a book by Jessica Cutler, a young Capitol Hill staffer who was fired after blogging about her sex life. The Washington Post reports that executive producer Sarah Jessica Parker was scouting locations in the district on Thursday.
